I am so grateful for the beautiful service by Steven and the team at Extreme Pets. I can't recommend this store enough. Steven spent ample time with me getting me everything I need to set up my enclosure as a new reptile owner. His product knowledge and reptile knowledge was unrivalled and his manner was extremely friendly and professional. The most obvious thing that set Extreme Pets apart from the other pet stores that I visited to get my products is that the whole team clearly love their jobs and their animals, they value educating the customer (which I was so very grateful for), and they have time and patience for you. They clearly want the best for all of their pets. I had such a better experience with these guys than with everywhere else that I went in the MacArthur and Liverpool regions. Today we bought a beautiful little Fox-Terrier puppy. He and his two sisters were all in perfect condition and it was difficult to choose. Finally, we chose the male and brought him home. He is so happy in his new environment and is refurbishing the garden flat by running in and out bringing in sticks. He'll soon have it to his satisfaction! Thank you to Extreme Pets and to his breeder for producing a perfect little dog.
